E.The main characteristic of products:
1) This line includes multi-function crushing machine, which can
produce onion paste, carrot paste, chili paste, apple paste and
many other fruit jam.
2) Because of the following factors such as crushing action,
ultra-low temperature evaporating(single-effect evaporating
temperature is 68℃),the two-effect and two-section structure makes
staying time of the material is short in evaporator, the lycopene
and other nutrition of paste has little loss than other equal
equipment.
3) The electricity consumption is 400KW/H less than other
equipments with equal capacity.
4) It can cut down the steam consumption because the vacuum
evaporator has the second time steam callback system of the steam
coagulation water
5)The material mixing device structure in the sterilizer is
different from others.The cleaning time is less than the same kind
equipments.It can clean very well without dirt.
6) The filling machine adopts style of up and down, which can avoid
the second pollution.
7) The screen of the pulping machine is taper and the clearance
could be adjusted, also could be frequency conversion and timing,
which makes the production easy to squeeze.
8)The evaporator adopts of tri-effect four-section structure.It can
adjust the inlet material depending on the raw material collection
to assure the continuous producing.And it also can cut down the
power consumption.
